Working The 60-Day Refund

Two months to make up your mind, finished bottles included. The policy is straightforward; the ways people lose a claim are all avoidable, and they are listed below.

The Terms In One Paragraph

Sixty days, counted from the day your card was charged rather than the day the box landed, to send the product back and reclaim what you paid for it. Bottles you have already worked your way through count. That is the entire point of a trial window on a supplement — you cannot judge one without using it.

Sixty days also happens to be exactly the length of an honest test. One month tells you whether cravings have shifted; the second tells you whether that holds. The thirty-day walkthrough explains how to run it so the answer at day sixty is a decision rather than a guess.

Do These In Order

  1. Dig out the order number. It arrived by email within minutes of checkout. If it has vanished, search your mail for the product name and look in the promotions and junk folders before assuming it never came.
  2. Message the seller before anything goes in the post. Reply to that confirmation email. Ask for two things: authorisation to return, and the address they want it sent to today. Return addresses move, and a box delivered to an old one is very hard to chase.
  3. Box up the whole order. Empty bottles, half-used bottles, sealed bottles — all of it. Put the authorisation reference somewhere obvious on the outside.
  4. Send it tracked. Skip this and you have no way to demonstrate the parcel ever arrived, which is the single most common reason a claim stalls. Return postage normally comes out of your pocket.
  5. Hold on to the tracking reference. Do not delete it until the money is actually visible in your account. The seller needs a few working days once the box lands, and your bank then takes its own time on top.

What You Get Back

The money you paid for the product itself. What you paid to have it delivered, and what you pay to send it back, generally stay spent. That is standard for a policy of this shape, and it is better learned now than at the point of claiming.

If your order came on one of the free-delivery packages there was no delivery charge in the first place, so the sum is simpler. The packages page shows which those are.

Four Ways People Lose A Claim

  • Leaving it to day sixty-one. The clock starts at payment and there is no discretion in it. Set a phone reminder for day fifty the moment the box arrives.
  • Posting it untracked. From the seller’s side a parcel nobody can prove arrived is a parcel that never arrived.
  • Buying it somewhere unofficial. This window belongs to the official seller. Bottles bought from a marketplace listing fall under that marketplace’s rules, assuming it has any.
  • Posting first and asking afterwards. A box with no reference on it and no warning attached is difficult to match to any order.

This refund is not ours to give. We publish about the product and have no access whatsoever to orders or payments. What is written above is a description of the seller’s process, put here so you can follow it accurately. The terms you saw at checkout on the day are the ones that bind.

Two Things Worth Trying First

If your answer is that nothing happened, check the month was actually clean. Miss four or more days out of thirty and the result is unreadable rather than negative. A tidy fortnight often produces a real answer where a scrappy month produced none.

If the problem is how it tastes, some people get on better taking it with the first mouthful of breakfast instead of on an empty stomach. You trade away a little of the sweet-taste effect for a habit you can keep. If it is discomfort rather than taste, and it lasts more than a few days, stop — the safety page lists what should never be pushed through.

Questions On This Page

What readers ask about this part of the product.

Do empty bottles have to go back too?

Yes. Send the complete order, finished bottles included. The window is designed around you actually using the product, so nobody is surprised by empties.

When does the clock start?

At payment, not at delivery. A week in transit is a week off the window, which is why day fifty is the sensible date for a reminder.

Is postage refunded?

Usually not, in either direction. The product cost comes back; delivery and return postage stay spent.

How soon does the money show up?

A few working days at the seller's end once the box arrives, then whatever your bank takes to settle it. Keep the tracking reference until then.

I bought mine from an online marketplace. Does this apply?

No. The window belongs to the official seller, who cannot refund a sale they never made. Check the rules of the platform you bought from.
