Who You Are Dealing With

This site is run by an independent publisher writing about the Sugar Reset supplement. Anything about this policy: [email protected].

Two separate companies are involved once you decide to buy. Follow an order button and you land on a checkout run by the seller, at which point their policy takes over completely. Your name, delivery address, card and basket never pass through us at any stage.

The Three Things We Hold

Web server records. Any server serving a page logs the request that asked for it: an IP address, the time, which page, which page referred you and which browser. This is how a site gets debugged and defended. It is retained briefly and then rotated out.

Email you choose to send. Write to the address above and the thread stays in the mailbox so we can answer properly and refer back if the same question returns. It goes nowhere else and it does not become a mailing list.

Counts, where analytics is switched on. Numbers of visits and where they came from, in aggregate. We are interested in whether a page is useful, not in who you are.

The Things We Deliberately Do Not

• There is no sign-in on this site, because there is nothing to sign in to
• No card details, ever. Nothing is sold from this domain
• Nothing about your health. No form here asks, and please do not volunteer it by email
• No newsletter, no list, and nothing about you offered to anyone else on any terms

Cookies, And The Affiliate Link

Not one line of JavaScript runs on these pages, and no advertising cookie is set from this domain. What does happen is attribution: click through to the checkout and the seller’s system may drop a cookie noting that the visit came from here, so a commission can be credited if a sale follows. It marks a route, not a person, and it leaves your price exactly where it was.

Clear it or block it whenever you like. Every page here works identically either way. The only consequence is that a sale goes uncredited, which is a problem for us rather than for you.

Companies In The Chain

Three, and no more. The host that serves these files. Google Fonts, which delivers the two typefaces and therefore sees a request from your browser. And the affiliate network that counts referrals, as described above. Each publishes its own policy.

Asking Us To Show Or Delete It

Where you live may give you the right to see what is held about you, get a copy, have it fixed or have it erased, and to object to it being processed at all. In practice, for nearly every reader, what is held is a log line and possibly an email thread, so these requests take minutes rather than weeks.

Send it to [email protected] and expect a reply inside a month. Requests about an actual order — your address, your payment, your account — have to go to the seller, since that is where the record lives.

Under-18s

The product is for adults and so is this site. We do not knowingly gather anything from children, and if you think a child has emailed us something personal, tell us and it gets deleted.

If This Policy Changes

Anything material is rewritten here and the date at the top moves. Since there is no list to notify, that date is the only announcement there will be.
